Naturopathic Consultations with Colleen
Initial Consultation

Naturopathy is a ‘whole person’ approach to health care that can alleviate a variety of health conditions. This effective, natural approach will help restore balance in the body, promote healing and resolve imbalances that may lead to illness.
Before the Initial Consultation
When making your appointment with Colleen, you will be asked to fill in an Intake Form and Health Assessment Questionnaire. This is reviewed before your appointment to help establish your health goals and to make the most of your appointment time.
During the Consultation
The Initial Consultation is designed to be a detailed discussion about your current health, symptoms, lifestyle, diet, and medical history.
At the end of this first appointment, you will receive a prescription to support the first phase of your individualised Health Plan. This prescription may include; dietary changes, lifestyle interventions, herbal medicine or nutritional supplements. Functional Pathology may be recommended, if needed.
Follow-up
Colleen generally works with a 12-week healing cycle to establish balance and promote healing within the body for improved wellbeing and lasting results.
Follow-up appointments are recommended during this time to support you with your ongoing Health Plan.
Follow-up appointments
$120 (30 mins)
Follow-up appointments allow you too:
review how you are progressing with your health plan
ask questions you may have
review journal entries, diet diaries or charting
continue to recieve support and valuable resources
stay motivated and on-track toward your goals
Review appointments
$99 (20mins)
This appointment is usually conducted half-way through, or towards the end of, one of the Packages/Programs. It allows time to review your progress or to provide a maintenance program for you to continue with.
